Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Creativity
The current study identified one of the factors that contribute to employee creativity. In addition, it examined the relationship among perceived organizational support, calling, and employee creativity. A total of 410 employees from 68 organizations were included in the sample. Measuring character strengths as possible protective factors against suicidal ideation in older Chinese adults
This study indicated that character strengths were associated with low levels of suicidal ideation. Therefore, the protective factors against suicidal ideation among older adults should be given additional attention
