Se presenta un conjunto de astrágalos recuperado en un depósito extramuros de La Bastida de les Alcusses (Moixent, València). Está integrado por 644 tabas de caprinos y suidos, 207 de ellas con modificaciones antrópicas y otras 5 realizadas en plomo. Se presenta el repertorio completo de cerámica ática de La Bastida de les Alcusses (Moixent, Valencia), un oppidum ibérico de corta ocupación en el siglo IV a. C. El material es una muestra representativa porque procede de casas, edificios públicos, calles y puertas. Las 29 formas identificadas se agrupan en cuatro grandes grupos funcionales: la vajilla de mesa supera el 98 % del conjunto y los elementos de tocador, la iluminación y otros objetos…
El conjunto de las esculturas ibéricas de La Cervera (La Font de la Figuera, Valencia)
En este trabajo presentamos un conjunto de esculturas ibéricas halladas en el yacimiento de La Cervera, formado por dos esculturas en bulto redondo, un ave y un cuadrúpedo, y un fragmento indeterminado. Todas fueron talladas en arenisca calcárea, posiblemente de origen local. El cuerpo de ave es el mejor conservado de todos aunque le falta la cabeza y parte de la cola. This article reviews a set of miniatures from domestic contexts in Iron Age eastern Iberia, and interprets them in terms of their role in forging social personae. After an introduction to the historical case under consideration, the miniatures are described in terms of their typology and their contexts of provenance are outlined.
