Se a história do direito é uma subárea de conhecimento da área de Teoria do Direito, como de fato está capitulada pelas agências de fomento à pesquisa no Brasil (CNPq e CAPES), torna-se urgente iniciar uma discussão sobre as possibilidades de inovação temática e/ou metodológica

The social literature on street children, for the most part produced by NGOs, represents an effort to organize, disseminate and theorize this issue.
