This article reviews recent developments in Cypriot chronology, based on settlement history, regional sequences, ceramic and other typologies, radiocarbon 14 dates, and international synchronisms. The author's own 1977 paper is also updated, especially with reference to critiques of Salz (1977), Coleman (1985), and Åström (1987).
