Measuring Parenting Practices Across Four Dimensions in Adults with Disabilities
This paper summarizes the development and validation of the Revised Affirmative to Problem Parenting Scale (R-APPS) using a sample of 643 adults with disabilities. Results of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations, and reliability estimates reveal sound psychometric structure for a 4-factor scale distinguishing problem parenting practices

Trauma-Informed Risk Assessment in Correctional Settings
This paper outlines a model which infuses trauma-informed principles into the existing Risk-Needs-Responsivity model of risk assessment commonly used in correctional settings. Archaeologists today do not as a rule seek to excavate the remains of famous people and historical events, but the results of the project reported in this article provide an important exception. Excavations on the site of the Grey Friars friary in Leicester, demolished at the Reformation and subsequently built over, revealed the remains of the friary church with a grave in a high status position beneath the choir. Confirmatory Factor Analytical Study of the Revised Developmental Work Personality Scale
This study investigated psychometric properties of the Revised Developmental Work Personality Scale (RDWPS). Results yielded a 14-item three-factor model that aligns with the original DWPS and fits the data very well. RDWPS scores were useful in predicting the resolution of Erikson’s fourth stage of development, indicating construct validity

In the 1520s Cardinal Wolsey dissolved 29 monastic houses, appropriating the revenue to support two colleges at Oxford and Ipswich. This paper reviews the procedures employed by Cromwell, Wolsey's agent, to bring about these suppressions, and the contemporary significance of the appropriation and destruction of monastic buildings. The relationship between sex role stereotypes and the characteristics perceived necessary for managerial success was examined among 153 male and 165 female commerce students in New Zealand using the 92‐item Schein Descriptive Index. The results were compared with those from similar studies conducted in the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Germany, Japan, and the People’s Republic of China.
