Exploring the Dimensions of an International Social Issues Climate
While progress has been made in integrating many social issues concepts, empirical research testing these concepts remains limited. Resource cutbacks and changing concepts on how best to deliver human services have created a greater need for collaboration among those involved in these systems. Leadership transitions in corrections pose both risks and opportunities. A four phase model of the transition process is presented which identifies key issues of each phase.
