  • Drug abuse and illicit drug use in Puerto Rico

Based on an epidemiologic field survey of community households in Puerto Rico, this study estimates the frequency of illicit drug use and clinically defined drug abuse and/or dependence syndromes.   • Past pregnancy outcomes among women living in the vicinity of a lead smelter in Kosovo, Yugoslavia

    This analysis compares the rates of spontaneous abortion among women living in the vicinity of a lead smelter with those of women living in a town where blood lead levels were low.
