This article examines how young adults with refugee backgrounds reflect on their names through storytelling. Specifically, it explores the lessons and insights the young adults gain from reflecting on their name stories. Effects of Short-Term Intake of Montmorency Tart Cherry Juice on Sleep Quality after Intermittent Exercise in Elite Female Field Hockey Players
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of short-term consumption of tart cherry juice on levels of cortisol and melatonin and sleep quality after intermittent exhaustion exercise in female elite field hockey players.
