Migrant diversity and team performance in a high‐skilled labour market
From a theoretical point of view, the link between workplace diversity and performance in a high‐skilled context is ambiguous. This paper examines whether workers are rewarded for inconsistent performance by salary premia. Some earlier research suggests that performance inconsistency leads to salary premia, while other research finds premia for consistent performance.
