The factorial validity of the Maslach Burnout Inventory‐General Survey (MBI‐GS) was investigated among employees of a multinational company in the forest industry. Sense of Coherence as a Modifier of Occupational Stress Exposure, Stress Perception, and Experienced Strain
750 male industrial managers participated in a survey specifying the role of sense of coherence in occupational stress.
