We examined relationships between ethical leadership and leaders' personality dimensions using the Ethical Leadership Scale (Brown, Trevino, & Harrison, 2005) and the NEO Five-Factor Inventory: Form S (Costa & McCrae, 1996; McCrae & Costa, 1987).
