Based on the findings of this study, educators and counselors may leverage these findings to help college students foster their occupational calling that leads to true meaningfulness in work
The association between resilience and fatigue among mariners during ocean voyages
Resilience exerts significant direct and indirect effects on fatigue of mariners during ocean voyages. In addition, coping style and psychological stress partially and serially mediate the relation between resilience and fatigue. The results have significant implications for the intervention and prevention of fatigue, providing additional evidence for the relationship between resilience and fatigue among mariners during ocean voyages
