Dietary modulators of blood lipids in free living persons with high risk of coronary disease
To study the role of diet, 463 adults (25 to 65 years of age, males) with either risk factors or coronary heart disease (CHD) were allocated to either group A (231 cases) receiving a cardiovasoprotective (CVP) diet, or group B (232 cases) receiving normal diet in a randomized, single blind fashion.
