Dentigerous cyst associated with complex odontoma
The complex odontoma is non aggressive hamartomatous developmental malformations usually asymptomatic, with slow evolution and may be associated with other disorders such as dentigerous cyst as outlined in our case. The treatment of choice is surgical excision of the lesions along with the tooth associated to the cyst.
