We assessed the prevalence and predictors of modern contraceptive use among adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) (15–24 years) in Sierra Leone. Despite a 33% increase in Official Development Assistance (ODA) from 2019 to 2023, aid declined by 7% in 2024 and projected to further decline in 2025–2027.
