Le transfert des apprentissages en milieu organisationnel

La thématique du transfert des apprentissages constitue un problème persistant en psychologie et en éducation. En effet, après 125 années de recherche, les chercheurs affirment qu’il constitue un processus à la fois complexe et dynamique. En organisation, la question du transfert est très présente puisqu’il constitue la finalité des actions de formation. Prenant la forme d’une recension d’écrits, cette note de synthèse trace d’abord un historique de l’évolution du transfert au cours du siècle dernier, puis, en prenant appui sur quatre tendances, fait état de ses développements les plus récents, avant de conclure sur certaines réflexions prospectives liées à des changements de paradigmes actuels
