Islam is one of the most widespread religions, and plays a dominant role, in shaping Muslims' belief systems and certain practices while approaching the treatment of psychological issues. This study highlights a systematic review of articles on the Integration of Islamic Interventions (IIT) followed by Muslims to improve mental health. Six databases were reviewed manually for literature search, including Science Direct, PubMed, APA, Scopus and ERIC. Research studies conducted between 2003 and 2023 were included in the review. For data analysis and screening, PRISMA guidelines were followed. 166 articles were initially reviewed, of which 33 met the inclusion criteria. The result revealed that the literature emphasizes practice while doing an intervention in Pakistan. The intervention was targeted to reduce mental health problems and improve living with the involvement of IIT. Further identified clients know about therapy, deviate from religion, therapeutic intervention and IIT i.e., R-CBT, Integrated Islamic Art, Spiritually Integrated CBT, help to decrease impulse control, guilt, depression, anger and anxiety in Pakistan
