The author shares her experiences and interpretation of integrating transactional analysis (TA) and tai chi. Integration results in increased social control and enhances the management and regulation of emotions, clarity, lightness, and flow. It also brings added value to life and living and glimpses into transcendence and beyond (what is commonly understood as spirituality). This integration process takes us to the core of our being, the epicenter of wisdom and spirituality known as the karu. The author describes her TA journey and tai chi goals and principles and presents a holistic model she has developed, which she illustrates with two case studies
