Terrorism

From the perspective of those regions of the world with shared experience in Western European colonial subjugation, exploitation, and humiliation, it is strange that the current discourse on "terrorism" has tended to identify third world actors as the main perpetrators of the scourge, while Western European societies are seen as its victims. It takes a peculiarly ahistorical and strained evaluation of causes and effects to arrive at such a conclusion.
