Interviews of 100 married Bengalee couples using oral contraceptives were conducted during May and June 1969 to study sexual behavior. Data showed women with lower educational levels experienced tolerating-disgusting feelings about sex in higher proportions than women of higher educational levels. Only 34% of women reached orgasm regularly with psychological factors given as major reason for failure. Sex urge was reported diminished by motherhood. Normal sex urges were unaffected by use of oral contraceptives for 82% of women
