Some of the most innovative, flexible, and creative ESL and literacy materials seem to emerge from Canada. Towards Participation is no exception. As the title suggests, this short, concise guidebook has a participatory perspective on citizenship. This participatory perspective is reflected in the kind of lesson planning encouraged by the authors
