L'A. montre que les experiences de service communautaire peuvent servir de base pedagogique pour une meilleure comprehension, un meilleur maniement des outils conceptuels. Il estime que, par ce biais, les etudiants acquierent un certain nombre de connaissances d'ordre pratique sur le plan des relations publiques, concernant les problemes sociaux.
