While the results indicate little or no increased learning over the control group, the experimental use of undergraduates yields high satisfaction among the students and acceptance of undergraduates in this role. Follow-up studies for the five semesters subsequent to the original trial indicate little experimental effect. At most, the results encourage the utilization and further careful study, of senior undergraduates as teaching assistants
