This is a sequel to the bibliographical survey of scholarly articles on Ming studies from the archaeological periodicals of the People's Republic which appeared in MING STUDIES, No. 2 (Spring, 1976). The present survey covers all the issues of the major archaeological periodicals—WEN-WU (Cultural Relics), KAOGU (Archaeology), and KAOGU XUEBAO (Acta Archaeologica Sinica)—published in 1976. It includes nine articles, eight from WEN-WU and one from KAOGU XUEBAO. No articles on the Ming period appeared in the issues of KAOGU for that year. The following is a summary of their contents
