The basic philosophy of the AAP is often referred to in discussions about its implementation. Seldom, however, does one come across an intensive examination of relevant philosophical concepts. This paper takes three such ontological concepts—power, justice, concern—and examines them in themselves and in relation to each other in the context of the AAP
