The educational and vocational guidance of the superior adult presents the counselor with problems in many ways quite distinct from those he encounters in working with counselees of more nearly average endowment. This distinction comes about as a result of the operation of a number of factors, among which may be listed: (1) The usual tests and measurements do not rest on normative populations which provide adequate differentiations at the superior level
