Augusto Fraschetti, La mort d'Agrippa et l'autel du Belvédère: un certain type d'hommage, p. 957-976. Les honneurs funèbres réservés à Agrippa après sa mort provoquent une coupure grave à l'intérieur de la cité : d'une part les nobles, qui ne veulent pas y participer, ou y participent de mauvaise grâce, de l'autre Auguste et les couches subalternes. En partant de cette coupure on examine certains aspects de l'autel du Belvédère (en premier lieu celui du commanditaire) et on identifie comme étant Agrippa le personnage qui monte au ciel dans la « scène d'apothéose »
