Ausgehend von Niklas Luhmanns Vorstellungen zur Bewältigung „doppelter Kontingenz“ untersuchen wir anhand von Computer-Simulationen den Einfluss von Akteurkonstellationen auf die Entstehung von Kommunikationssystemen. Zudem wird erforscht, welche Auswirkungen Störungen auf die Ordnungsbildungsprozesse sowohl in der Systemgenese als auch in stabilen Systemen haben
