This article presents the methodology of an inquiry on reading: it consists in recording readers as they read a plurilingual poem and interviewing them on this experience. The aim of the inquiry is to study the readers’ participation in the soundscape of the poem as well as the effects of the poem on the reader. Ultimately, the goal is to better understand how the interaction between plurilingualism and the reader may transform their relation to otherness
