Les Nawazil , recueil de responsa (Maghreb, XIVe siecle). Les docteurs refusent aux marabouts, dont le prestige religieux est grand, le droit de percevoir la Zakat. Quant aux chorfa ( cherifiens ), une majorite de docteurs tend a reconnaitre la legitimation de leur filiation au Prophete non seulement par les hommes mais aussi par les femmes
