His latest publication is a series of short essays in Reading Derrida's Of Grammatology (Continuum, 2010). Otherwise, he has written recently on friendship, Sigmund Freud, nineteenth-century fiction, ancient texts and contemporary painting, film, and the politics of teaching and learning.
