It has been seven years since the cultural and political reformation of Indonesia. With freedom comes chaos, and with chaos, a rebirth. Short filmmaking has re‐organized, re‐shuffled and re‐vitalized itself since 1998, and today Indonesian short filmmaking has emerged from the chaos with forward‐thinking foundations and a passionate drive to keep it alive
