L’article propose une analyse descriptive des pratiques professionnelles d’intervention et des programmes « centrés sur la famille » (N = 19) en contexte de négligence. On présente ensuite les caractéristiques des programmes efficaces ou prometteurs et l’illustration d’un modèle de thérapie familiale écosystémique développé au Québec. À la lumière des principaux constats qui ressortent de l’analyse, la discussion soulève certains enjeux et défis pour les chercheurs et les praticiens quant au développement des programmes pour les familles, leur implantation et l’évaluation de leurs effets
