Introduction. The article discusses some of the results of research aimed at improving the technology of producing hybrid perovskites, which have great potential for use in solar panels as a substitute for silicon. The aim of the work: The purpose of this work is to conduct practical research on finding the optimal technology for synthesizing the most important layer of a perovskite solar energy converter. Materials and methods. Theoretical review and analysis of approaches to the synthesis of the perov-skite layer of a solar cell. Search for modes of obtaining this layer based on a mixture of formamidinium iodide (FA) with lead(II) iodide in dimethylformamide, and its deposition and annealing on a glass substrate using a centrifuge. Investigation of the structure, topography, and thickness of the formed layer using an atomic force microscope. Results. The article presents the results of research on the development of a technology for the synthesis of a halide based metal-organic perovskite structure and the temperature-time regime for its deposition using a single deposition method on a glass substrate with a transport-selective layer. Discussion. A technology has been developed for forming a perovskite layer on a substrate using a single-layer application method in a centrifuge and annealing the resulting structure in a thermostat at a specific temperature and time. The results of AFM control of the samples are presented and analyzed. The crystal structure, surface relief, and thickness of the samples are determined. The structures have a thickness of 350–400 nm. Conclusion. The article presents the results of research on the development of a technology for manufacturing the most important working layer of a perovskite solar cell. This technology is based on the use of a solution of formamidinium iodide with lead iodide in dimethylformamide for single-step deposition on a glass substrate with a pre-formed charge selective transport layer. The results of this work are useful for the development of high-efficiency perovskite solar energy converters. Resume. The article presents the results of experiments on the synthesis of the most important perovskite layer in solar energy converters. The results of the control of the obtained samples using atomic force microscopy are presented and analyzed, in particular, the structure and thickness of the structure. The results of the work can be useful in the preparation of the production of solar batteries. These sources of electrical energy can be used with a high level of efficiency in the regions of the North Caucasus
