The article considers the results of the localization of the territories and centers of the parishes of Tverskaya half of Bezhetskaya pyatina according to the cadastre book by Ivan Veljyaminov and Andrei Solovtsov dated to 1545. The topic was studied using GIS. The location of parish centers and borders of pyatina, and parishes and volost’s have been clarified. The rural settlement was analysed. Central and south-eastern parts of Tverskaya half, along the ways leading from Bezhetskiy Verkh to the Ladoga area and Tverskoy uezd, were the most developed ones. Localization of land tenures was also studied
