Research Article| October 01 2020 Impressions of a Quarantine: A Collage Lisbeth A. Lipari Lisbeth A. Lipari Lisbeth A. Lipari is a full professor in Department of Communication at Denison University. With over thirty-five publications, Lipari continues her exploration of European phenomenology, language philosophy, dialogic philosophy, ethics, and listening. Lipari refers to language philosophies in order to develop a theoretical lens on listening as a communicative praxis between ethicopolitical spheres. Her book Listening, Thinking, Being: Toward an Ethics of Attunement (Pennsylvania State University Press, 2014) received the top book award from NCA’s Ethics Division in 2015 and the Philosophy of Communication Division in 2016.
