The research examined how input allocation affects potato production, efficiency, and technical inefficiency in potato farming. The results of the Stochastic Frontier Model explained that land area, manure, matador insecticide, and victory fungicide significantly enhanced potato production. The study also discovered that potato farms and farmer characteristics affected potato farming inefficiency, and the farmers did not achieve economic efficiency. Based on these findings, in promoting sustainable farming practices, the government should assist farmers in expanding potato farming, obtaining readily available manure, and receiving comprehensive guidance from agricultural extension workers on the proper use of insecticides and fungicides
