This article presents 10 guiding principles for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) trans and nonbinary (TNB) healing and liberation to both strengthen psychologist support of BIPOC TNB communities and transform a colonized psychology. In doing so, we ground BIPOC TNB communities in liberation psychology tenets, interdisciplinary scholarship, and community organizing approaches to healing. The 10 guiding principles explore how BIPOC TNB communities center our healing in legacies of decolonization and liberation, cultivating critical consciousness, and recovering historical memory. Throughout, we discuss our personal journeys of edification and resistance as they inform our professional approaches to BIPOC TNB liberation. We also offer specific recommendations for the liberatory transformation of psychology training, practice, and advocacy. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
