The study is designed to deliver a thorough evaluation of the impact of conduct disorder in Iran. Estimates for all-age counts and age-standardized rates (per 100,000) were calculated for prevalence, incidence, and years lived with disability (YLDs). In total, 41 million cases of conduct disorder were estimated worldwide in 2021, of which 3.5 million were in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries, including 400,000 cases in Iran. Conduct disorder is a prominent mental health challenge affecting children and adolescents, with substantial implications observed both nationally and regionally in Iran. Regular and precise screening is essential to mitigate its impact. However, factors such as underreporting and restricted access to mental health services can hinder the accuracy of prevalence estimates
