About perspectives of elderly people in young countries. First the West was concerned by ageing, but today the phenomenon is world-wide. The developing countries are still young, but the ageing from the basis of the pyramids of ages has started everywhere, except in Africa, and it is fast. The speed of the process will get problems, more especially because people are not conscious of its importance
