The rapidly growing presence of multinational enterprises has brought forth a plethora of intra-organizational issues. Alienation is one such issue heard as a frequent refrain in business press reports and often describes the experience of employees who find themselves in mixed cultural work arenas. This is a condition of malaise associated mainly with feeling not integrated into the dominant culture of the organization
