In this paper, the writer does not wonder about the contents of the knowledge of practice, but beyond them about their relationship with theoretical knowledge. He draws consequences as for teacher training by relying on the special case of the tutorial relationship between training student and supervisor. The assumption is that the best approach is hermeneut'ic ; it is based on the confrontation of different viewpoints about the same subject of observation and practice. Indeed, the complexity of the teaching situations dooms any attempt at scientific exhaustiveness to failure. Every training teacher thus has much room for manoeuvre concerning the interpretation he or she retains about what he or she has perceived and done
