La identidad social en Colombia y el "macondismo" = Social identity in Colombia and the "macondismo

This article determinates the literary origin of the macondiano or the macondismo, indelible ink of the García Márquez’s work, in order to analyze its evolution as the identity element in the collective discourse of Colombia. To give validity to this thesis, cultural conceptualization is situated and functionality is tested in four massmedia events by the national press and television in 2013. The result of this effort explicites a feature of the historical personality of the nation, concentrated in naturalizes the social world that daily is presented as irrational, unbelievable and unusual
