Climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution are not just environmental crises ‐ they are major threats to global health. Rising temperatures fuel disease outbreaks, air pollution causes millions of deaths, and degraded ecosystems threaten food and water security. Yet, global policies often fail to reflect the deep interconnection between health and the environment. In this article, we explore how Planetary Boundaries and global health governance intersect, highlighting key challenges in international policy and the need for more integrated approaches at the global level
