The purpose of the study was to find out the effect of yoga rehearses on selected physiological variables among the obesity men. Total 15 obesity men were taken as subjects at randomly for the study. All the subjects were selected by their respective from AMET University, Chennai and age group between 35 and 45. The study was formulated as a single group design consisting of a pre-test and post - test. The groups were assigned as experimental group (Yoga rehearses) respectively. Pre tests were conducted for all the 15 subjects on selected physiological variables. After the experimental period of twelve weeks post-test were conducted and the scores were recorded. The subjects were tested on physiological dimensions such as Resting heart rate and Blood pressure. Post test was conducted after twelve weeks of training Pre and Post test data were analyzed by applying Mean, SD and Paired samples ‘t’ test. The level of confidence is fixed at 0.05 levels as the number of subjects was limited. The training effects of yogic practices evidenced significant influence over the physiological related variables of obesity men, Chennai. Particularly by Resting Heart Rate and Mean Arterial Blood Pressure levels were decreased
