A study of the nomina that appear on three inscriptions from Narbonne, one from Glanum and one from Alexandria which is now preserved in the Musée Calvet of Avignon. The names, Loreius, -a (of Campanian origin), Statius and Meuius (ofOscan origin) all belonging to freedmen, are found also in stamps on amphorae of Laietana 1 type, made in the region called Maresme, along the Catalan coast. This fact shows the importance of the Narbonne seaports in the shipment, both by sea and by river, of the wine made in Laietania during the second half of the 1st century B.C.E. and the beginning of the 1st century C.E
