Communal Education Landscape: Schools in the Processes of Change and Connection: Insights Based on an Empirical Examination of a Mentoring Concept A modern education system thrives on the diversity of arrangements, including the connection between the different players of the educational sector as well as the inclusion of all societal groups. The current debate focuses on projects of further cooperation between professionals and volunteer services. The example of the “Forum für Integration und Bildung e. V.”, a mentoring hub, serves as a starting point in order to outline processes of change and connection. Our study highlights: Most important is that participants identify with the aims of networking, make positive experiences and stay connected
