Objective: To analyze the factors associated with the quality of life of health professionals working in primary care. Methods: an integrative literature review was conducted using the secondary databases Virtual Health Library, Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature, Scientific Electronic Library Online and Online System for Search and Analysis of Medical Literature based on the specific descriptors retrieved from the Health Sciences Descriptors. Results: the following factors were identified as associated with the outcome: inadequate conditions to perform work, lack of organization and difficulty in social relationships, professional occupation, with community health agents being the professionals with the lowest quality of life, followed by mid-level professionals, in the qualitative data, the perspectives that most impact the quality of life were infrastructure and salary deficits, Regarding the quality of life domains, there was great variation in the findings of the various studies. Conclusion: the data of the study indicate that the factors that influence the quality of life of professionals working in primary care are complex and multifaceted, ranging from individual variables or to the work environment
