The litigation incidence in work justice was also analyzed, for non-compliance with occupational hygiene legislation. Finally, the analysis of the regulatory standards for occupational health and safety was carried out in order to characterize the unhealthy activities exposed to biological agents during the coronavirus pandemic in Brazil.
