This essay goes on the law study under the juridical epistemology, involving also historical law conceptions. Law Limits and possibilities are analyzed under the bias of different subjects that play a role into the law, so that wars, economic and political power represent today a challenge to the neutrality in law. The humanism in a perspective of solidarity is seen as possible solution to such a conflict in the law. Science
